Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Eridock. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
• Notify us immediately at support@eridock.com if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• You may only create one personal student account. Schools must use the School registration flow.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our question bank, content, or user data without express written consent.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate scores, streaks, or leaderboard rankings.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through any Platform feature.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, AI-generated study plans, course material, graphics, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of Eridock Ltd or its licensors. You may use Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

• Eridock offers a free tier and paid Premium plans. Premium features are described on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or annually) and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Schools purchasing seat licences are governed by a separate School Agreement provided at sign-up.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of any course. Contact us to request a refund.

If you submit feedback, reviews, or any other content to Eridock, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content to improve our services. You retain ownership of your content and confirm it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Eridock provides educational preparation tools and score predictions based on historical data and AI modelling. We do not guarantee any specific exam score outcome. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eridock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved first by good-faith negotiation, and thereafter by arbitration.
